Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR LIKELIHOOD OF WINNING. THESE RULES GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZE AWARDS.
 Eligibility
- Open only to nonprofit organizations recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 
- An authorized representative of the nonprofit must provide accurate contact information at the time of entry and must enter during the Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on October 27th, 2025 at 8 am, Eastern Standard Time ("EST”) and ends on October 29, 2025 at 11:30 am EST (the "Entry Period"). 
- This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 
How to Enter
- Nonprofits (“Participants”) may enter the Giveaway by providing their organization’s information and contact details located on the drawing card at the ISNS main information booth during the event. There is a limit of one (1) entry per representative of each Participant. 
- By entering, participants understand and agree to these Official Rules (the “Rules”), AdGoods’s decisions regarding the Rules, and AdGood’s use of their information for event administration and raffle execution, and future marketing and promotional communications regarding AdGood products and services. 
- This Giveaway is sponsored solely by AdGood Foundation. It is not endorsed, administered, or associated with the trade show venue, event organizers, or any technology partners. 
- AdGood’s execution of a Prize Campaign is contingent upon Participant(s) fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 
Agreement to Rules
- Entry into the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Rules. 
- Participants will be required to provide the necessary information to facilitate the ad campaign before Prize Campaign launch. 
· AdGood reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who violates these Rules or acts in a non-cooperative manner. AdGood reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, the authorized account holder of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.
Drawing and Prizes
- The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. 
- Giveaway drawings will take place on October 29, 2025, at [time]. 
- At each drawing, three (3) Participants (the “Winner(s)”) will be randomly selected to win an estimated 1,000,000 Connected TV impressions delivered via AdGood’s managed service (the “Prize Campaign”). There will be three (3) winners. 
- The three (3) winners will be notified via email after each drawing. 
- AdGood will notify the Winners by email with instructions on how to claim the prize. 
- If a potential Winner does not respond and comply with the instructions in the email message within three (3) days after AdGood sent the email message, the Winner will forfeit the prize, and AdGood may award the prize to an alternate Participant. Only three (3) alternate Participants will be contacted. Prize Campaign has an estimated retail value of U.S. $8,000.00. Prize Campaign may not be transferred or sold and may not be substituted. 
- Any tax implications or reporting requirements are the sole responsibility of the Winner. 
Prize Campaign Execution
- Prize Campaign will be executed by AdGood’s managed service team. 
- Prize Campaign will include geographic targeting (GEO) at no charge. Additional third-party targeting options are available for a fee. 
- Prize Campaign must launch no later than February 31, 2026. 
- Winners must provide a broadcast-quality CTV advertisement that meets AdGood’s technical specifications and is approved by AdGood. 
- Prize Campaign duration will depend on available inventory within the selected GEO. 
- AdGood does not guarantee that impressions will be served on any specific publisher, platform, or content. Prize Campaign delivery will occur across AdGood’s available inventory and is subject to available impressions at the time of flighting. 
- AdGood makes no guarantee of results, donations, or audience engagement from the Prize Campaign. 
Privacy and Data Use
- Information collected through giveaway entry will be used to administer the Giveaway and contact winners, and for AdGood marketing and promotional email communications. 
- Data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. 
- Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. 
Release and Limitation of Liability
- By entering, Participants agree to release and hold harmless AdGood, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize Campaign. 
- AdGood shall not be responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or campaign performance beyond inventory delivery. 
- AdGood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time without liability, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, fraud, or technical issues beyond its control. 
Disputes and Governing Law
- By entering, Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and/or causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any Prize Campaign awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. 
- These Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the county of Los Angeles, California.
